Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance on the 1st of the month following
60 days of employment. For retirement purposes, 401k enrollment is effective after 6 months of employment if
over age 21.

for the employee. The employee pays dependent care coverage. AmFirst Premium Saver is free to the employee.
