Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in server-side application development (C#, MVC, LINQ & Entity Framework)
  • Proficient in client-side technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, Css, Knockout / Angular)
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL for the development of database driven, web-based applications
  • Understanding of SOAP and REST web services
  • Analyze existing web sites UI processes and implement improvements

Claims and QA Admin

Department: MWG Administrators

General Purpose

Full-time position for Claims and QA Admin in the TPA. The position is based at Morgan White Group, 500 Steed Road, Ridgeland, MS 39157

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform all functions related to Check Runs for claims adjudicated by the Claims Department including sending EOB and check files to third party for payment, running reports, balancing check runs, and reporting check run totals to Accounting for funding to bank accounts.
  • Maintain monthly record of claims paid for Accounting and Audit purposes
  • Process claims refund check runs
  • Coordinate tax reporting with third-party vendor
  • Provide claims paid reports to the TPA, Marketing, Eligibility, and Accounting as requested.
  • Ensure New Group Benefits are set correctly within the Administrative Dept. and set benefits in CHS for Claims processing
  • Serve as backup in updating existing group’s benefits at renewal
  • Generate weekly audit sample lists for all TPA departments.
  • Generate audit samples upon request for all TPA departments.
  • Create post-audit reports for the QA team
  • Coordinate testing of Bitsy modifications
  • Serve as back up for TPA administrative tasks.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma, GED, or higher is required.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
